Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping charges are included on the invoice.
Items may be shipped from multiple manufacturer centers and may arrive separately. You will not be charged you for these conditions.
Rush Orders
All Rush Orders please call to verify we can fulfill your order on time.
On rush orders you need to specify date on the product order form and choose the appropriate shipping method. If the order can not be fullfilled by specific date or you need to change the shipping method, we will contact you by phone and email within 24 hours from the time you place the order. If there is no reply to the phone or email messages we send GroomsOnline will cancel the order and you will be notified.
Returns/Exchanges/Damages
GroomsOnline guarantees all of our products 100% for quality and workmanship. Please inspect each product upon receipt.
Customer is responsible for entering the correct spelling and MONOGRAM for each item purchased.
If you receive a damaged item or the spelling is correct on the invoice and email confirmation, but incorrect on the item, please call Customer Service at 1-866-694-7666. We will immediately send out a replacement at no charge. Engraved or Personalized items cannot be returned for any other reason.
