	CONTEST RULES To provide fair and equal chance of winning to all Groomsonline.com visitors, the following are the official rules for the “Cartoon Caption” contest. Groomsonline.com is the web site owned by Groomsonline, Inc. 1. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. Any purchases will not improve your chances of winning. 2. Entrants shall supply a photograph and caption to the cartoon posted on GroomsOnline. Entrance photographs, and captions shall be reviewed and winners determined by the staff of Groomsonline.com. Only 1 entry per couple shall be allowed and these rules apply to both parties as a part of the said couple. 3. There will be 1 winning entry. Each winning caption will be awarded a $25.00 gift certificate to GroomsOnline. (discount awarded only on the merchandise and not on the tax or shipping) 4. All entries must be submitted by the form on this page and time stamped no later than midnight, Every Friday and winners will be notified via email on or about the following Friday. You shall have 5 days to reply to any such notification and your failure to so reply shall mean that you and your fiancé forfeit the prize. Prizes shall be sent out to the email or mailing address provided in the entry from Groomsonline.com within 3 days after the winners have replied but any delay shall not be a breach of this agreement. 5. All entrants and winners must be 21 years of age or older and must be engaged to be married. You must be a resident of the United States. You must supply the intended date of marriage, name and street address of the bride and groom, a valid telephone number and valid email address.
